Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) �� Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
�� Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
�� Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads
�� Provide online software demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
�� Assist clients with software installation and setup remotely
�� Guide clients in self-support tools and resources to maximize software usage
�� Handle client complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
�� Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
�� Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
�� Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business contacts
Qualifications & Skills:
�� Proven experience in sales, business development, or client support is a plus but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
�� Strong technical aptitude to understand and demonstrate software products
�� Ability to handle client complaints calmly and find effective solutions
�� Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
�� Ability to work independently and as part of a team
�� Good organizational and time management skills
�� Familiarity with CRM software and remote support tools is an advantage
